This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between the Client and Billie Bos, a certified Eden Method practitioner. By visiting the website and engaging in the services provided by Billie Bos, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Scope of Practise
The Client understands that Billie Bos is a certified Eden Method practitioner. Services provided will involve the application of the Eden Method, combined with Billie's expertise in psychology, coaching, and vitality, aimed at balancing and restoring the body's energy system to enhance vitality and optimize health. The Client acknowledges that Billie Bos does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe any medical conditions. If the Client has any mental, physical, or psychological disorders or conditions, it is the Client's responsibility to seek assistance from a licensed health professional.
The sessions
The Client knows that energy techniques employed during sessions may involve touch on the body and massage techniques. If the Client experiences discomfort during the sessions, they agree to inform Billie Bos immediately. The Client understands that emotional or physical releases may occur during or after sessions, possibly leading to sensations such as dizziness, nausea, or tiredness. The Client agrees to communicate any concerns or adverse effects experienced to Billie Bos. It is recommended that the Client drinks plenty of water after sessions and takes the time to relax and let the session integrate.
Confidentiality
The Client acknowledges that Billie Bos maintains brief records of each session, and all information shared is treated as confidential. However, in specific situations, such as legal obligations, Billie Bos may be required to breach confidentiality to ensure the safety and well-being of the Client, others, and herself.
Minors
If the Client is a minor, they acknowledge that participation in sessions requires the approval of a parent or legal guardian.
Session Fee and Cancellation Policy
The Client is aware of the session fee of 85 euros and agrees to adhere to the cancellation policy, requiring notification 48 working hours before the scheduled session to avoid invoicing.
Change Terms and Conditions
I reserve the right to modify these terms occasionally at my sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When I materially change the terms, I will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the website or my service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
By proceeding with the services provided by Billie Bos, the Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Any questions or concerns regarding these terms should be addressed with Billie Bos before engaging in the sessions.
