First Session
In your initial session, I'll introduce you to my approach of energy work and the concept of energy.
You can ask your questions, we will review your intake form, and develop a personalized treatment plan.
Using muscle testing, I will assess your basic energy system. You will also learn the Daily Energy Routine, a valuable self-care practice.
Afterwards, you will lay, fully clothed, on the treatment table, where I will apply massage techniques, tapping, and hold certain point on the body.
At the end of the session, You will learn easy energy excersises to do at home.
The session lasts around 1.5 hour and costs 85 euro.
Subsequent Sessions
Each subsequent session begins with a brief check-in and an assessment of your energy system. We will revisit the themes discussed during the intake and address any new developments.
Most of the time the session will involve you on the massage table, where I will use various techniques to continue balancing your energy system. The subsequent sessions also last around 1.5 hours and costs 85 euros.
